January 8, 2013
At the January WEA meeting, FBI Special Agent Claude Ellis, and Detective Stan Forney
with the Dallas Police Department Internet Crime Division, made a presentation about
“Cyber security – what we need to know to protect ourselves.” Detective Forney invited
WEA members to call him if they have questions or concerns – 214-671-3547.

Crafty Bake Sale ~ November 18, 2012
Thanks to Susan Grundy (WDA) and Kay Maxwell (WEA), The Alliances held
an exceptional Bake Sale on November 18.

Mary and David Overton presented “Every Child is Our Child”
The Overtons shared a compelling story of UU commitment to social justice in Africa
coordinated by the UU Office at the United Nations. They included an excellent video
describing the history and focus of the UU Office.
